It is disappointing to constantly see promising creative directors get sucked into the franchise industry, right after winning awardshttps://t.co/3CjZd3bofr

might be seated…. hoping they get to make their own star wars movie eventually, could work out pretty well if they are given full creative controlhttps://t.co/qKcdT6c1ye

Some fans of the Daniels hope that the directors will keep on making more creative films. Others bashed Disney for hiring these talented filmmakers to work on their franchise. Recently, Lucasfilm and Star Wars have become a meme for hiring talented directors and then not letting them follow through with their vision. However, the Daniels should be fine because they have already filmed their share forSkeleton Crew. It now remains to be seen if they will be brought on board to direct more Star Wars projects.
Star Wars: Skeleton Crewwill be released sometime in 2023.
