Paul Rudd Regretted Filming The Last Episode Of FRIENDS

If you are a big fan of sitcoms, then you probably would’ve seen or heard about the fan-favorite 90s sitcomFRIENDS,and if you have seen the show, then you definitely didn’t miss the introduction ofPaul Ruddtowards the end of the show, brought in as Phoebe’s (Lisa Kudrow) love interest.  While he may have been a part of the show for just a short while, he became an integral part of the series regardless. Thus, when he revealed the fact that he didn’t want to be in the last episode of the show, people were surprised.

Well, this regret doesn’t have to do anything with the show, but rather due to a personal feeling that he had at the time. During his recent conversations onHeart Breakfast Radio Show,the40 Year-Old Virginstar said that he just didn’t feel like he was supposed to be there when everyone was getting emotional during the filming of the last episode, while he just sat back and looked toward the end, waiting for the camera to stop rolling. He said:

“It was really fun and they were great,” he said, continuing: “The whole thing was a bit surreal to be a part of that. I came really near the end. I never knew I was going to be in as many as I was. But it also felt strange. I was in that last episode and I thought ‘I shouldn’t be here, I’m getting a front row seat to things I’m not supposed to see’. They were all crying, it was all emotional. I felt very privileged but I was like ‘oh I just want to sit back here and not get in the way’.”

Even though Rudd wasn’t able to make the same kind of emotional connection with his co-stars, he was still very much a part of the show at the end.
