“It’s been a wonderful, wonderful experience with her.”

TheMission: Impossible – Ghost Protocolactor said he never worried too much about missing out on hanging out with Olsen because they live in the same area:

“She’s like my neighbor. She lives around the corner from me, so I see her all the time.”

Apparently, Olsen enjoys working with Renner just as much as he enjoys working with her. She explained toVulturethat it was not always like that and that her first day on anAvengers: Age of Ultronset was actually stressful. She laughed as she continued:

“I was intimidated by him because of his dryness and because he doesn’t sugarcoat things. He’s not overly friendly.”

Moreover, he advised her to base Wanda’s character on her love for her family when she asked him for advice:

“I asked him, ‘This is really overwhelming — what do you even focus on?’ And he started talking about his character’s family, and how that roots him into something tangible. That’s exactly what you should be doing, and I should have already known that before starting: that you need to find something tangible in these moments of chaos.”

Olsen now has nothing but wonderful things to say about how their friendship developed from there:

“It’s fun to poke at him a bit so that he knows you see him. We don’t really need someone to be fluffy with us.”
