Well, the answer is yes. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 added a reference toMy Hero Academiaduring the decisive battle between Peter Parker and Miles Morales.

Spider-Man 2 Used A My Hero Academia Season 3 Reference in the Game
My Hero Academiais one of the most popular modern-generation anime out there. The anime features everything, be it excellent fights or emotional moments between characters.
Speaking of which,My Hero Academiaseason 3 featured one of the best fights of the series between Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo.
The iconic fight was referenced in the fight between Miles Morales and Peter Parker in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.
As visible in the above-attached video, Morales almost mirrored Bakugo’s move against his mentor. In the scene, Morales was trying to snap Peter out of Symbiote’s control.
At the moment, the original Spider-Man essentially turned evil and went on a rampage against his closest friends. Thanks to Miles’ courageous fight, Parker was able to take off the suit.

With the resounding success of three Spider-Man games, the studio is all set to take on the task of creating a new sensational game based on another iconic Marvel character.
Yes, we are talking about none other than Wolverine. Marvel’s Wolverine was announced with the help of a short teaser by Insomniac Games in 2021.
Since then, little has been known about the game. However, following the huge success of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Insomniac Games has confirmed that their upcoming will be set in the same universe.
While there is no end-credit cut scene in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 that mentions Logan, it’s good news that the game will be set in the universe. It opens up the possibility of a crossover of the Web-Slinger with Wolverine.
Moreover, fans can expect Insomniac Games to start sharing more updates about Wolverine in the near future.
