Interestingly, Melanie Griffith’s recent Instagram post where she referred to Jamie Lee Curtis as her girlfriend noting just how wonderful she is, seems to confirm that.

Highlighting their friendship again and again throughout the years, the pair have complimented each other profoundly. In a joint interview with Interview magazine, they mentioned how grateful they are to each other for being in their lives. Covering topics from love, horror, life, and even death Curtis mentioned her final death wish to her fellow actress,“I want to die in an alive mental state. Getting older makes you more alive.”
Griffith on the other hand noted that they have been,“through a lot together and separately,”throughout their years of friendship and life. Melanie Griffith was also an exclusive guest at a ceremony last year whereJamie Lee Curtishad her hands immortalized in cement outside of the TCL Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard, where the pair were also joined by Hollywood legend Arnold Schwarzenegger, with whom they have been the best of friends for just as long.
Griffith also noted in the interview how her friend is an icon, saying,“‘An icon leaves a mark in history.’ Which is what you have done, and continue to do.”Curtis, who seems to think of herself as a“dot connector”, thanked her for her compliment and mentioned that life is good and how getting older makes people feel more alive.

Seemingly confirming that, Melanie Griffith posted on Instagram, referring to the seven-time Golden Globes award nominee actress as her girlfriend. She mentioned in the post,“How wonderful is my girlfriend Jamie Lee Curtis?”Referring to her movie, she added,“She is truly ‘Everything, Everywhere, All at Once.'”
Mentioning her appreciation for their time together with meals and conversations which seem to run the“gamut of life and love and evoke laughter, tears and precious memories,”she expressed,“here’s to you Jamie!! I love you to the moon and back.”As the rumor mill has been running its course for weeks with neither confirming nor denying it, this post from thePacific Heightsstar referring to Curtis as her “girlfriend” seems like a confirmation that they might be involved in a romantic relationship together.
