Speaking withBBC Radio 1, the actor said that the reason is simple, he can’t tolerate the gravity of sadness the movie explicitly depicts.“I saw it at the premiere, but that was just something to celebrate for all of us,”Renner said.
“We were all laughing and weeping, and it was a lot, it was a lot to do. I’ll never watch that again. It was a difficult experience. We were all just a sobbing mess, and we’re laughing. It’s amazing; we were like audience members, and that was awesome to experience. That was a lovely, beautiful experience to share.”

Avengers: Endgamewas certainly a heavy flick for most fans as the movie inflicted the utmost sorrow in the history of the MCU. The fans have witnessed the death of Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow and one of the most beloved MCU heroes, Tony Stark a.k.a. Iron Man.

Jeremy Renner Loves His MCU Character
Renner loves playing his MCU character, Clint Barton. The actor revealed that the authenticity of the character is what attracts him most. Also, Hawkeye is one of the most celebrated members of the Avengers.
He was the head of West Coast Avengers“like I would personally love to see him be in that sort of Captain America leader role. Actually which I think he would succeed in like calling the shots and do these type of things,”he told BBC Radio 1.

“I love the accessibility of this character because he is a superhero has no superpowers but he makes it accessible right? As a human and I think that’s a wonderful message to say to kids, uh, why is he a superhero what actions does he do? Well, it’s selfless it’s this it’s serving others and that and you know itself works.”
Renner further added that“these are pretty pretty good uh attributes for a superhero if I think that I think a lot of people could acquire.”Also, for fans, Hawkeye is one of the beloved original Avengers. Hawkeye has been a part of the MCU since 2011 and he could appear in several upcoming projects from the studio.
