After a plethora of mediocre releases from MCU over the last couple of years, fans were hopeful that Paul Rudd’sAnt-Manthreequel would be the one to break the mold, but fans were once again left disappointed. But one thing that stood out from the underwhelming MCU product was Jonathan Majors as Kang, which even left theAnt-Manstar Paul Rudd in complete awe.

Despite the disappointing beginning of the multiverse saga, Paul Rudd isn’t shying away from making fans giggle through his self-deprecating humor. In a recent interview, the actor takes a jab at himself by admiring the captivating look of Majors and how theAnt-Manactor isn’t even in the same league as his co-star.

Paul Rudd didn’t even try to bulk up after witnessing Jonathan Major’s physique

During his appearance onThe Graham Norton Show,Paul Ruddwent on to express his admiration for Jonathan Majors’s godly physique. And while commending Majors, Paul Rudd doesn’t shy away from getting a few giggles. TheAnt-manactor went on to joke about his reasoning behind not trying enough to bulk up for the role, as it would’ve been pointless in comparison with Majors’s terrifying physique, besidesAnt-mannever takes off his shirt, so there wasn’t any requirement to. He stated,

“He was terrifying, and it was pretty intense. I tried to bulk up and get in shape, but it was pointless compared to Jon and why do it when Ant-Man never takes his shirt off!.”

And it wasn’t only Rudd who was left in complete awe after witnessing Majors’s transformation as the biggest villain of the MCU, as fans were too mesmerized by the enchanting look of Majors as Kang.

Despite the underwhelming quality of the movie, Jonathan Majors was easily the best thing that stood out from the lackluster MCU output. And even though fans weren’t quite relished by the beginning of phase 5, they are engrossed to witness the character’s story unfold in the future.

Apart from nailing the performance of MCU’s next big baddie, the actor was also able to attain the perfect physique for the imposing villain after going through torturous workout sessions and a grueling diet. And it doesn’t seem to end anytime soon, as the actor is expected to be bigger in the upcomingCreedthreequel, where he will be starring alongside Michael B Jordan.
