Ginny went through a lot of suffering from the Celestial Dragons when she was 9 to 13 years old. She thought she was finally free and started living happily, eating and sleeping peacefully, and sharing love with others.
But that happiness didn’t last. Ginny became a slave again, and what’s even worse, she was forced to marry a Celestial Dragon. He made Ginny marry him and subjected her to abuse for two years.

She wasn’t a slave anymore, but only because the Celestial Dragons had no more use for her. Expelled from Marijoa, she contacted Kuma one last time before dying.
It’s heartbreaking that Ginny, throughout her ordeal, was only thinking of Kuma, wanting to say goodbye. Kuma found her too late, and she had already suffered too much. Her life, freedom, and goals were crushed by the Celestial Dragons. Forced to bear a child by her Celestial Dragon spouse, that child turned out to be Bonney.
Ginny died in front of Kuma, who decided to raise Bonney as his own daughter. The story then focuses on Bonney, and more tragedies unfold for her and Kuma.One Piecechapter 1098 delves into dark themes, revealing the true evil of the Celestial Dragons.
However, this chapter only scratches the surface of the Celestial Dragons’ cruelty. They are human-shaped monsters that Dragon, the Revolutionary Army, and Luffy must utterly destroy. The fate of characters like Kuma remains uncertain, raising questions about how many lives can be saved.
