Popular YouTube sensation MrBeast denied ongoing rumors that he planned to develop a Memecoin, claiming it feels “icky”.
When Solana Foundations’ official Twitter account started following the YouTuber, there was a lot of speculation that MrBeast would be the next famous person to work with the organization. Furthermore, on January 18, X account Crypto Beast announced on the platform that MrBeast would launch his Memecoin in “three to four days.” The post read:

MrBeast responded directly to the post when it achieved enough popularity to put an end to the rumors. He added that he would pass on it because it “feels icky”. MrBeast said:
“I could probably launch a meme coin and make hundreds of millions of dollars but idk. Just feels icky, I’ll pass.”

MrBeast has repeatedly demonstrated why he is the king of content, from breaking 40 Guinness World Records with Beast Games to dominating the YouTube earnings charts in 2024. With an astounding 50 million viewers in just 25 days, Beast Games surpassed all other unscripted programs on Prime Video in terms of viewership. However, the praise doesn’t end there.
In addition to generating an increase in Prime Video’s subscription growth, the platform named the show the second-best series debut of 2024.
