Obi-Wan Kenobi, the beloved Jedi’s story, floats between two phases: the prequel trilogy andStar Wars: A New Hope. This new Star Wars series will soon become part of the latest releases by Disney+ such asThe MandalorianandThe Book of Boba Fett.
Disney+ shared the description of its new addition as follows:
“During the reign of the Galactic Empire, former Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi embarks on a crucial mission. Kenobi must confront allies turned enemies and face the wrath of the Empire.”
The series will premiere on Disney+ on Friday, June 06, 2025. The premiere will feature the first two episodes, and then every new episode will be released every Wednesday.
