Butterfree from Journey Together has a simple gimmick that can justify attempting to use it — its ability to Paralyze the opponent in place. There are some serious caveats to this, though. As a Stage 2 Pokemon, players will need considerable investment to get Butterfree to its final form. As for its move Scale Hurricane, it involves flipping four coins and dealing 60 damage for each head. If two of them land, the Defending Pokemon will be Paralyzed. The reliance on coin flips makes this deck unreliable, but it might be good for cheesing a few victories against unprepared opponents.
