Modern Familystar Sofia Vergara snapped on Wednesday’s episode ofAmerica’s Got Talentwhen a lie detector machine was brought in and host, Terry Crews, asked who would take a shot at it, as seen on ET Canada’s YouTube clip. Upon being chosen, she went for it sitting on a throne made out of tater tots when her co-judge asked her an uncomfortable question.
Vergara, who announced her split from Joe Manganiello back in July, stormed off the stage and went back to her seat at the judge’s section when co-judge, Howie Mandel, poked fun at her current relationship status.
However, in a report from PEOPLE on the recent matter, it has come to light that Mandel has been at it for some time now. Vergara, unstrapping the lie detector equipment from her arm, set quite the example.

Lie detector tests have surely picked up a considerable amount of attention on the internet as most actors have been going for it on Vanity Fair’s YouTube handle for entertainment purposes.America’s Got Talenttried to do the same with their 18th season this time, but it backfired onSofia Vergara.
Saying“Why me,”she responded to a number of questions, but Howie Mandel’s jibe at her single status got on her nerves. Mandel asked newly single Vergara to be honest about whether she liked someone from the audience.

According to PEOPLE, Mandel’s previous remarks at Vergara got him some internet backlash and he had to clarify his statements a couple of days later in an interview with Extra. We’re not sure what Mandel wants to achieve with his long-running taunts at her, but the backlash didn’t stop him. What did he say previously?
