Love and Thunder was “much more episodic than [he] would have suspected,” Variety’s Clayton Davis said, adding that the “post-credits are EPIC.” He said:

Reviews indicate that these moments are among the best in recent memory, which suggests that Marvel Studios may be teasing a significant development for Thor or the MCU as a whole.
