Sylvester Stallone’s25 years of marriage was about to end when his wife Jennifer Flavin filed for a divorce last year. The 75-year-old actor tied the knot with Flavin on 17 June 2025. Before they got married, they had already welcomed their first child Sophia. When Flavin filed for a divorce, it was a shock for many people as no one expected Stallone and Flavin would decide to part ways. After filing for divorce, Flavin stated in an interview,
“I’m sad to announce that after 25 years of marriage, I have filed for divorce from my husband Sylvester Stallone. While we will no longer be married, I will always cherish the more than 30-year relationship that we shared, and I know we are both committed to our beautiful daughters. I ask for privacy for our family as we amicably move forward.”

As things were on the rocks, reportedly, Stallone decided to cover up the tattoo he got for his wife Flavin. TheRockyactor had Flavin’s face tattooed on his shoulder which he later wanted to turn into a tribute tattoo for his late dog Butkus. While talking about the tattoo, the 75-year-old actor’s publicist said,
“Mr. Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife Jennifer; however, the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable.
Reportedly, the actor wasn’t happy with the way the tattoo turned out as he was expecting something more beautiful. Soon after, Stallone and his wife decided to reconcile.
