Gurman further claims that Apple will hold a press briefing later this week which will be an hour long. He cited a source claiming that the iPad Air is no longer in stock so there’s a high chance we could see a new Air later this week.

The new MacBook Air M4 will not only bring a spec bump but could also debut with a new optional nano texture coating. Furthermore, the company could introduce new color options and it could offer longer battery backup.
It will be available in 13-inch and 15-inch variants. The new MacBook Air will bring Thunder 4 ports, an improved 12-megapixel webcam with Centre Stage support, and 16GB of RAM on the base model for Apple intelligence.
Similarly, the iPad Air has been long due for an upgrade as it is still stuck on the M2 chipset. Apple could upgrade the iPad Air with a new M4 or even M5 chipset and an optional nano texture coating option similar to the iPad Pro. The latter adds a matte finish resulting in less glare on the screen.
The iPad Air is available in two sizes: 11-inch and 13-inch with similar specifications. It could get other minor upgrades such as Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6E, Smart HDR 4, and better battery backup.
