We don’t have an exact launch time yet, although there’s usually a long period of downtime between seasons so it’s best to expect to be waiting a while before you’re able to jump back in to the game.

We don’t know much about Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 yet, but the first official teaser image emerged on June 13, 2025, when it was accidentally posted early on the Nintendo eShop.

The image shows a hand reaching out of liquid chrome. Leakers have revealed that this hand belongs to The Paradigm, a member of The Seven who’s rumored to be voiced by Brie Larson.

Interestingly, the liquid chrome has already started appearing in the game, so it definitely feels like a clue to the next season. Some leakers have speculated that chrome could work similarly to sand tunneling.
Morechrome-related teasershave emerged since then, with the official Fortnite website hinting that the new season will be called Paradise and that chrome will soon begin spreading across the Island.
As for Fortnite’s story, we should get an explanation for the Reality Tree that’s spreading its roots across the island, and we might see more of that mysterious figure at the end of theseason trailer.
What will be in the new Battle Pass?
Nothing has been confirmed yet, but leakers haveclaimedthat the new Battle Pass will feature Gwen Stacy from Spider-Man: Into The Spiderverse, with Miles Morales coming to the Item Shop later on.

It’s also been teased that a Goth/Emo Meowscles skin will be part of the Battle Pass, and it seems likely that we’ll get a Paradigm skin if it really is her in the Chapter 3 Season 4 teaser that was posted early.

While these franchises most likely won’t be featured in the Battle Pass, it’s worth noting that DC’s Black Adam and Marvel’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever are both being released in the next few months.
Given how many Marvel and DC characters have appeared in the Item Shop so far, it seems very likely there will be collaborations with them at some point in the new Fortnite season.
