In his SNL skit,Pedro Pascaldescribed a hilarious incident when a guy recognized him on the streets and askedThe Mandalorianactor to FaceTime his kid. But the kid wasn’t able to recognize Pascal as the Mandalorian and asked him to do the voice of the character. And in a hilarious turn of events, Pascal found himself talking to a kid in a creepy voice, which the actor deemed as a“bedroom voice”,in the middle of the streets. He stated,

“Without the mask, it just sounds p*rny. So people walking by on the street just see me whispering to a six-year-old kid, ‘I can bring you in warm or I can bring you in cold.”

Apart from performing a hilarious monologue, the actor soon found himself overwhelmed by emotions after he explained his journey to the audience. The actor commended his parents for providing their children with great childhood by raising them in San Antonio, Texas.

After joking about the FaceTime incident with the six-year-old kid, Pedro Pascal soon found himself emotional after he started to summarize his childhood story. The actor shared how his family escaped from the repressive regime of Chile to provide their children with a great childhood.The Mandalorianactor stated,

“They were so brave, and without them I wouldn’t be here in this wonderful country, And I certainly wouldn’t be standing here with you all tonight.”

The Last of Usactor applauded his parents for showing bravery and escaping with a 9-month-old Pascal and his sister from the brutal regime of Chile.
