There was a time when a certain name was counted amongst the finest that the Hollywood industry had to offer, and that name happened to be none other than Brendan Fraser. It was a long time ago when fans would eagerly wait for Brendan Fraser to announce a new film that he would be starring in, and they would line outside the cinema to watch the film. But after his divorce that left him financially crippled and his health issues after becoming a victim of sexual harassment, he would become someone that would be soon forgotten by the fans as well as the industry, at least, that is what everyone thought until recently when the star stepped up to receive The Best Actor Award at the Critics’ Choice Awards ceremony.
After accepting the award, theGeorge Of The Junglestar went up to the podium and with emotions weighing heavy on him, gave a speech that received applause like none other. After thanking the crew that helped in the production of the movie, as well as thanking director Darren Aronofsky, he goes on to give a message to everyone that was there in the audience as well as the people watching from home.

In the speech, the message that he gave to everyone was:
“Darren Aronofsky, I was in the wilderness, and I probably should have left a trail of breadcrumbs, but you’ve found me. And like all the best directors, you merely just showed me where to go to get to where I needed to be. If you, like a guy like Charlie, who I played in this movie, in any way, struggle with obesity, or you just feel like you’re in a dark sea. I want you to know that if you too, can have the strength to just get to your feet and go to the light. Good things will happen.”
Everyone present in that theater was so moved by that speech that they started to tear up while standing up to applaud the actor’s determination and willpower to conjure that strength from within to reach where he was.

With Brendan Fraser finally resurging from the darkness to claim his rightful place within the industry, many fans and people from Hollywood are eager to see him in action once again. With his return to the industry, Fraser has already been sought out by Martin Scorsese to be a part of his next Crime/Drama filmKillers Of The Flower Moon,where the fans will see him playing the role of W.S Hamilton alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.
